Strictly Necessary Always on

Basket, authentication, checkout recovery, security and this consent record. These are not used for advertising.

Glazem saves Nail Passport and Bounty Hunt drafts on this device between visits. These forms still work without persistent drafts. Switching this off removes saved browser drafts, not submitted account information or orders.

Marketing/Analytics

Optional audience measurement. No analytics tracker is currently configured.

Pinterest conversion pixels measure page views, successful basket additions and completed paid orders, and support personalised advertising. They share product identifiers, values, a pseudonymous order reference, browser/IP information and available Pinterest cookies. Automatic enhanced matching is off; we do not send names, emails, addresses or phone numbers. Pinterest cookies may last up to one year. Our purchase deduplication storage lasts for this tab session. Meta and TikTok remain disabled. See the Cookie Policy for provider information and withdrawal options.

Choices last 180 days on this browser. Reject All withdraws optional consent without affecting shopping. Previously collected information may also be subject to erasure: contact [email protected] for help. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

Who is responsible for your information?

Glazem operates this shop and is responsible for the personal information used to provide it.

Glazem
25 Ringwood Highway, Groveland Court
Coventry, West Midlands
CV2 2GG
United Kingdom

For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.

Information used to provide the shop

When you create an account, order, request support or use sizing features, we process the details you provide: contact and delivery information, order contents, account information, messages and any sizing information or images you choose to submit. The service also processes technical information needed for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

Account, checkout, fulfilment, delivery updates and support information is used to provide the services you request and perform our contract with you. We also process information where needed for legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as securing the shop and preventing fraud. Optional browser analytics and marketing depend on your consent, not your ability to shop.

Service providers and sellers

Hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, email providers and delivery services process information needed to operate the shop. Stripe handles payment-card entry and processing. Relevant order details are shared with the seller or fulfilment provider where needed to supply an order. Access should be limited to what is necessary for that task.

Optional storage and tracking

Optional browser storage is off by default. Functional consent permits saved browser drafts. Analytics, Meta and TikTok remain disabled. With fresh Marketing consent, Pinterest Europe Ltd receives product-view, basket and paid-purchase activity, product identifiers, order values, pseudonymous order/event references and browser/IP information for conversion measurement and personalised advertising. Pinterest may use its own cookies. Automatic enhanced matching is disabled, and our integration does not send customer names, emails, addresses, phone numbers or form contents. See our Cookie Policy and Pinterest’s Privacy Policy for the data, storage durations, advertising controls and international processing information. A new provider or purpose requires updated information and fresh consent. You can withdraw permission using the cookie icon without losing access to shopping. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing; you may also request erasure of information previously collected on consent.

What you need to provide

You can browse without opening an account or accepting optional storage. We need relevant contact, delivery and payment information to fulfil a purchase; without it we may be unable to accept or deliver your order. Optional sizing features and saved browser drafts are not a condition of browsing.

Retention and international processing

Order and payment records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations or disputes after an account is closed. Other information should be retained only while needed for its purpose. Some service providers process information outside the UK. Contact us for details of the retention arrangements and transfer safeguards applicable to your information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a portable copy of your information, or object to processing, including direct marketing. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact support; we may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or, where EU data-protection law applies, your local supervisory authority.

Your cookie choices

The persistent cookie icon lets you manage or reject optional cookies at any time. Essential basket, authentication and security functions remain available.
